Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, L3MBTL4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated L3MBTL4 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher L3MBTL4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated L3MBTL4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LGG, and COAD are the cancer types where L3MBTL4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
