L3MBTL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, L3MBTL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,333 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L3MBTL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFX5, RPRD2, and MYEF2. Each is linked with L3MBTL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L3MBTL4-to-partner and partner-to-L3MBTL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, L3MBTL4 versus RFX5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (L3MBTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→L3MBTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
