L3MBTL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, L3MBTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L3MBTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ47, MIR4779, and MCAT. Each is linked with L3MBTL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L3MBTL2-to-partner and partner-to-L3MBTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ47 grouped by L3MBTL2-low versus L3MBTL2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (L3MBTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→L3MBTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
