L3MBTL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, L3MBTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L3MBTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHOX2B, FAM205A, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with L3MBTL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L3MBTL2-to-partner and partner-to-L3MBTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHOX2B grouped by L3MBTL2-low versus L3MBTL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (L3MBTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→L3MBTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
