KXD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KXD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KXD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-110P, IMP3P1, and MIR6893. Each is linked with KXD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KXD1-to-partner and partner-to-KXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-110P grouped by KXD1-low versus KXD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
