Across TCGA cell cohorts, KXD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,417 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KXD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Platelet activating factor catabolic process. Each is linked with KXD1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KXD1-to-partner and partner-to-KXD1 results are reported.
