KTN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,357 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KTN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP3, GMFB, and CEP170B. Each is linked with KTN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KTN1-to-partner and partner-to-KTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KTN1 versus FKBP3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
