KTN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KTN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,062 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KTN1-AS1, JKAMP, and PSMC6. Each is linked with KTN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KTN1-to-partner and partner-to-KTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KTN1 versus KTN1-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
