Across TCGA cell cohorts, KTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,971 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KTN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering to Golgi, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and Regulation of establishment of cell polarity. Each is linked with KTN1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KTN1-to-partner and partner-to-KTN1 results are reported.
