Across TCGA cell cohorts, KTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNL2, FAM236A, and OR2V1. Each is linked with KTN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KTN1-to-partner and partner-to-KTN1 results are reported.
