KTI12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KTI12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,758 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KTI12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC4, CACYBP, and TACC3. Each is linked with KTI12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KTI12-to-partner and partner-to-KTI12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KTI12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KTI12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
