KSR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ASNS, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with KSR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KSR2-to-partner and partner-to-KSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by KSR2-low versus KSR2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
