KSR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 904 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3HAV1L, H2AZ1, and SLC2A11. Each is linked with KSR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KSR2-to-partner and partner-to-KSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZC3HAV1L grouped by KSR2-low versus KSR2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
