Across TCGA patient cohorts, KSR1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,127 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KSR1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Protein localization to lysosome, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with KSR1P1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KSR1P1-to-partner and partner-to-KSR1P1 results are reported.
