KRTDAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTDAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,644 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTDAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SBSN, KIF1C_S915, and GOLM2. Each is linked with KRTDAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTDAP-to-partner and partner-to-KRTDAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTDAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTDAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
