Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTCAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,577 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTCAP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of corticotropin secretion, Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with KRTCAP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTCAP3-to-partner and partner-to-KRTCAP3 results are reported.
