KRTCAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTCAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,235 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTCAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, PARP1, and ADAR. Each is linked with KRTCAP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTCAP2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTCAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRTCAP2 versus DHX9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTCAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTCAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
