KRTCAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTCAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,324 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTCAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPTBN1, HIP1R, and CDAN1. Each is linked with KRTCAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTCAP2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTCAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRTCAP2 versus SPTBN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTCAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTCAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
