KRTCAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTCAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTCAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGJP, RNU6-1274P, and DIMT1P1. Each is linked with KRTCAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTCAP2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTCAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRGJP grouped by KRTCAP2-low versus KRTCAP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTCAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTCAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
