Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTCAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,396 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTCAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glucoside transport, Geranyl diphosphate metabolic process, and Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with KRTCAP2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTCAP2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTCAP2 results are reported.
