KRTAP9-2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP9-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP9-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4529, RNU6-971P, and RNU6-1260P. Each is linked with KRTAP9-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP9-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP9-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4529 grouped by KRTAP9-2-low versus KRTAP9-2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP9-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP9-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
