Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP6-2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP6-2 data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher KRTAP6-2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP6-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, LUAD, and PCPG are the cancer types where KRTAP6-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
