KRTAP6-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP6-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP6-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCLAF1, ANKS1A, and PROX1. Each is linked with KRTAP6-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP6-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP6-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP6-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP6-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
