Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP5-10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP5-10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher KRTAP5-10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP5-10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where KRTAP5-10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
