Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP4-7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP4-7 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KRTAP4-7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP4-7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, LIHC, and SARC are the cancer types where KRTAP4-7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
