Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP4-12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP4-12 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher KRTAP4-12 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP4-12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, LIHC, and UCS are the cancer types where KRTAP4-12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
