KRTAP20-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP20-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP20-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN2P26, SNORD115-32, and TRIM49D1. Each is linked with KRTAP20-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP20-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP20-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN2P26 grouped by KRTAP20-1-low versus KRTAP20-1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP20-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP20-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
