KRTAP2-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP2-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,249 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP2-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP2-2, KRTAP1-3, and KRTAP4-12. Each is linked with KRTAP2-1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP2-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP2-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP2-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP2-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
