The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher KRTAP19-2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP19-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, UCEC, and READ are the cancer types where KRTAP19-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
