Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP19-11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP19-11P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher KRTAP19-11P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP19-11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THYM, ESCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where KRTAP19-11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
