Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP13-2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP13-2 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher KRTAP13-2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP13-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, READ, and LUSC are the cancer types where KRTAP13-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
