KRTAP12-4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP12-4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP12-4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-50P, SNORA30B, and MIR7702. Each is linked with KRTAP12-4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP12-4-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP12-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP12-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP12-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
