Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP10-8 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KRTAP10-8 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC show a favorable association.

ACC, READ, and OV are the cancer types where KRTAP10-8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
