Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-8 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP10-8 data layer compared with 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KRTAP10-8 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, HNSC, and LUSC are the cancer types where KRTAP10-8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
