Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP10-7 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher KRTAP10-7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

SCLC, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where KRTAP10-7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
