KRTAP10-7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP10-7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP10-7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with KRTAP10-7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP10-7-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP10-7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by KRTAP10-7-low versus KRTAP10-7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP10-7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP10-7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
