Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP10-4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher KRTAP10-4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
KICH, LUSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where KRTAP10-4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
