Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP10-10 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher KRTAP10-10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where KRTAP10-10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
