KRTAP1-3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP1-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP1-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK_6522, Phenformin, and BX-912. Each is linked with KRTAP1-3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP1-3-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP1-3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP1-3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP1-3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
