KRT8P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT8P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,790 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT8P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of ruffle assembly, Positive regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability, and Apical junction assembly. Each is linked with KRT8P7 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT8P7-to-partner and partner-to-KRT8P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of ruffle assembly grouped by KRT8P7-low versus KRT8P7-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT8P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT8P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
