Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT8P37 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRT8P37 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher KRT8P37 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT8P37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and SKCM show a favorable association.

LUAD, PAAD, and KICH are the cancer types where KRT8P37 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
