Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT8P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRT8P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher KRT8P10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT8P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and LUSC show a favorable association.

PAAD, OV, and ACC are the cancer types where KRT8P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
