KRT84

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT84 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,532 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT84-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP2, FBXO5, and SMC3. Each is linked with KRT84 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT84-to-partner and partner-to-KRT84 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT84 versus NLRP2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT84→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT84) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
