KRT83

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT83 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 676 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT83-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-782P, OR7A17, and RNA5SP91. Each is linked with KRT83 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT83-to-partner and partner-to-KRT83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-782P grouped by KRT83-low versus KRT83-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT83→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
