KRT83

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT83 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT83-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, JNK_pT183_Y185, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with KRT83 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT83-to-partner and partner-to-KRT83 results are reported.
