KRT83

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT83 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 224 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT83-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTHL17, OR2M4, and OR2H1. Each is linked with KRT83 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT83-to-partner and partner-to-KRT83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTHL17 grouped by KRT83-low versus KRT83-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT83→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
