KRT82

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT82 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,503 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT82-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT84, KRT75, and KRT16P4. Each is linked with KRT82 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT82-to-partner and partner-to-KRT82 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT82 versus KRT84 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT82→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
