Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT82 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,784 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT82-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mast cell chemotaxis, Positive regulation of nuclear division, and Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with KRT82 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT82-to-partner and partner-to-KRT82 results are reported.
