KRT82

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT82 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,664 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT82-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR181A2, DHX37, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with KRT82 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT82-to-partner and partner-to-KRT82 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR181A2 grouped by KRT82-low versus KRT82-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT82→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
