Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT82 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 345 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT82-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, Auditory receptor cell morphogenesis, and Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol. Each is linked with KRT82 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT82-to-partner and partner-to-KRT82 results are reported.
